Digital broadcast streams will be hosted on the MyLive site which can be accessed directly HERE or by going to the RiverCenter homepage and clicking the purple “Live Stream Now” button at the top left of the home page.
Concerts can be viewed via your computer, smartphone, or cast to your smart tv/Roku/Chromecast or similar device. To access the concert, just click on the event square, and the page will come up with a prompt for you to input your digital broadcast access code. From here, you will be taken to the stream’s main viewing page. Access codes and instructions will be sent out individually via email at 5:30 PM on the day that the stream goes live. If you are not seeing the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail/spam folder and add MyLive to your list of safe senders.
Our digital broadcasts will go live the Monday evening one week after the live concert date. This is so our team has the ability to edit the final product and provide you the best possible viewing experience. The available streaming periods for the concerts this season are as follows:

Henry Kramer and Beethoven | April 5, 7:30 PM – April 8, 11:59 PM
Exquisitely English | April 19, 7:30 PM – April 22, 11:59 PM
Musique Française | May 3, 7:30 PM – May 6, 11:59 PM
Appalachian Spring and Wendy Warner | May 31, 7:30 PM – June 3, 11:59 PM

Customer support is on hand via a chat box on our virtual theater’s site Monday-Friday from 10 AM – 5 PM EST as well as from an hour before the launch of the video through its first run. The help chat line is monitored off hours, and your support will be sent to you via email if you include your email address in the chat box field.
