DATA COLLECTION

When using https://csoga.org, you may be asked to share your first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. When making a donation or purchasing tickets online, we will require your credit card number to complete a transaction. We do not process or store any credit card information on our website. All donations are made via PayPal and all ticket purchases are made via our box office partner, RiverCenter for the Performing Arts and the RiverCenter’s ticketing system, ProVenue.

COOKIES

Cookies are small bits of data transferred to your computer by a website to facilitate your online experience. Cookies and other anonymous identifiers may be collected to assist in customer log-in functions, track the progress of e-commerce transactions, and record session information in order to analyze website effectiveness through Google Analytics. We do not share information obtained by cookies with other organizations on an individual basis. This information may be shared with other organizations in a summary format.

EMAIL ADDRESSES

When you provide your email address to CSO, we will periodically contact you through email, providing you information about upcoming concerts, donor newsletters, special offers, organizational updates, etc. If you don’t want to receive periodic email notices from CSO, please use the “manage your subscription” link at the bottom of each email message or email marketing@csoga.org. CSO does not rent, trade, or sell email addresses.

USES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is considered any data or information related to the personal identity of a visitor to this website, including, but not limited to: name, address, phone number, email address, and donation and purchase history details. Personal information may be used to help you complete a transaction, communicate back to you, notify you of concert changes and updates, personalize your symphony experience, update you on services, ticket offers, or event invitations based on your interests, and/or other information. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade or rent any of the Personal Information that is collected on the Website to others.

CSO is housed in the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts and utilizes the RiverCenter’s ticketing system, ProVenue, for in-person sales and online ticketing through each organization’s website. The information we collect through this system is shared between both organizations. The Columbus Symphony Orchestra does not rent, trade or sell email addresses to outside organizations.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

CSO will do our best to protect any financial information you provide to us. If you purchase tickets or give a donation online, your credit card is encrypted using current secure communication technologies. Your credit card number will only be used for processing orders or donations. We restrict access to customer financial information for use by authorized employees only.

Our site provides links to other organizations’ websites. We do not control their content or the use of personal information that you may enter on their independent website.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. If we decide to update our privacy policy at any time, we will make changes to this policy and edit the revised date below.
